Apple’s Tim Cook just did it—he stepped out at the Let Loose keynote on Tuesday in style. While he was there to announce the new iPads, he was also turning heads with a pair of custom Nike Air Max ’86s designed entirely on the brand-new M4 iPad Pro and Apple Pencil Pro.

The one-of-a-kind creation (via Hypebeast) featured an upper with an off-white mesh base and colorful speckles. Stitching patterns mimicked freehand strokes, and the iconic Swoosh was framed with colorful embroidery resembling scribbles.
The inscription, “Made on iPad,” was proudly displayed on the tongue, attributing its origin story.
This unique tie-in between Apple and Nike was a clever way to showcase the power and versatility of the new iPad Pro. And while the shoes themselves won't be available for purchase, they served as a walking advertisement for the tech giant’s latest tech.

The new iPad Pro and new Apple Pencil Pro were used to create a unique pair of Nike Air Max, which were then constructed using sustainable materials.
